  • Rates for 'Our Rooms' are based upon two people sharing

  • Minimum stay at The Farmhouse in 'Our Rooms': usually 2 nights but please do ask about one night stays 

  • No Pets, unless a single dog that is happy to use an outside kennel

  • No Smoking

  • No Children under 16

  • Check in from 4.00 pm day of arrival. Check out by 10.00 am

  • Deposit: A 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking

  • Payment: We accept cash, debit or credit card payment

  • All extras purchased during your stay are to be paid for by cash, debit or credit card

  • Cancellation: Should you need to cancel any deposit paid is non-refundable. All cancellations are subject to a £20 cancellation fee. A 21 day cancellation policy applies. (in the event of cancelation within that time or in the event of a non-arrival guests will be charged for the full cost of their stay).

  • Insurance: We advise that you take out holiday insurance

  • Damages: Whilst the cost of the occasional minor breakage is included in our prices, more extensive damage to hard or soft furnishings, fixtures, fittings and decorations will be charged for. The accommodation will be inspected immediately following the booking and and damage found will be photographed and emailed to the customer prior to the following guests arrival. Please notify us of any damage caused prior to your departure
