If approaching the village from Pickering, take the first turning to Goathland after passing Fylingdales. At the mini roundabout by the Church turn right and follow the village green to the far end. Take the first turning left, sign posted Beckhole, and after 150 meters turn left again down Orchard Lane. Go through the first and second gate and you have arrived.

If travelling from the north via Whitby, take the first turning to Goathland, over the steam railway line, past the station and up to the village shops on your left. Just past the shops, turn sharp right to Beckhole and then first left down Orchard Lane.
