Covid 19 News

It has been a difficult time for us all, but at long last, we seem to be emerging from the tunnel with light ahead.

We continue to follow advice from the government and are strictly adhering to their instructions to aid the prevention of the spread of Covid-19.

In line with guidance, we were delighted to be able to re-open our self-catered accommodation at The Bull Pen and The Potting Shed on the 4th of July 2020.

During the lockdown we have been busy on the farm, cutting new paths through the woods, creating new wildlife ponds, sowing wild flowers and generally looking after the landscape and wildlife. The cottages, gardens and the surrounding landscape of the National Park have never looked better and we hope that you will be able to caste of some of the worries of the past six months, and leave us relaxed and refreshed.

The Farmhouse B & B will remain closed to guests and future bookings for the time being to ensure the safety of all our guests, our staff, and family. We have reluctantly decided that the main house we should remain shut until such time as we no longer need to apply social distancing and the extensive biosecurity measures, that together have a major impact upon the service that we like to offer. We hope to be open for normal business at Easter 2021.

If you would like to make a booking for either of our Cottages we would be happy to allocate your chosen dates.

We look forward to welcoming you to The Farmhouse.

Stay safe,

Best wishes - Chris & Clare
